Beth Scott:
Beth Scott is a Brooklyn based audio engineer, working at Power Station and as a freelance engineer in New York City. She hails from the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Asheville, NC and has been working in professional studios since the age of 15.
Beth's passion lies in making music that allows people to feel all of the emotions and joy that life has to offer, because at its core music is the best expression of human life. Realizing this love for making music at a young age, she started to work at a local studio in her home town as a teenager. Beth honed her craft with a Bachelors of Science in Audio Engineering at Belmont University in Nashville, TN and an internship at Electric Lady Studios. Since graduating, she has spent the past four years developing her skills at Power Station and working on as much music as possible.
Her engineering credits include NPR’s From The Top, Mark Ambor, and numerous independent artists within the New York music community. As an assistant engineer, Beth has worked on major film scores, Broadway cast albums, and studio albums, with a select list of credits below.
