Matthew Soares:
Matthew Soares is an experienced New York based audio engineer who is comfortable in any recording environment large or small. Recording and mixing music are his passions, however, Matthew prides himself as a veritable Swiss army knife of audio production with a myriad of skills he has honed over the years. These include advanced audio editing techniques such as noise reduction and vocal tuning, as well as theatrical sound design and live event production. To date, he has had the honor of working with artists such as Royal Teeth, Steady Hands, The Main Squeeze, Renee Flemming, H.E.R., and Paul Simon.
Matthew spends most of his time working from two recording studios: Power Station at Berklee NYC in Manhattan, and Douglass Recording in Brooklyn.
